At Sosiega, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@sosiega.store with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Conditions

• The item must be in good condition, without obvious signs of extended use.
• Include the original packaging if you still have it (not required).
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Defective item or wrong order

If you receive a defective item or something different from what you ordered, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost or refund you in full, including shipping. Email us at hello@sosiega.store.
